These terms apply to your use of this website and of the mobile brake repair services offered by Mobile Brake Repair Gilbert (“we,” “us”), serving Gilbert, AZ.

Our Services

We provide on-location mobile brake repair, including diagnostics, brake pad and rotor replacement, caliper repair, brake fluid service, and general brake repairs, at the customer’s home, workplace, or other agreed location.

Quotes

Quotes provided by phone, text, or through this website are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed after an on-site inspection, since some issues are only visible once we’ve looked at the vehicle in person.

Scheduling

Appointment windows are estimates. We’ll text or call when we’re on our way. Delays can occasionally happen due to prior jobs or parts availability, and we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Warranty

Repairs we perform include warranty coverage as described to you at the time of your quote. Ask us for the specific warranty terms that apply to your repair before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Limitation of Liability

We perform our work with care using name-brand or proven-quality parts. To the extent permitted by Arizona law, we are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues unrelated to the brake work performed, or for delays outside our reasonable control.
